These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Boost Pouches Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. VIP Membership & Subscription Billing

Certain offers include enrollment in our VIP Membership program.

By purchasing a VIP offer and selecting the required checkbox, you expressly consent to recurring billing.

Billing Terms

  • The first recurring charge occurs 30 days after your initial purchase

  • Billing then occurs automatically on a monthly basis

  • Current membership fee: $39.99 USD per month

  • No minimum commitment

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date

  • No renewal reminders are provided

Failure to cancel before the next billing date will result in the next charge being processed.

3. VIP Membership Benefits

VIP Members receive access to benefits including, but not limited to:

  • Special promotions

  • Lower pricing on future orders

  • Exclusive member discounts when available

  • Priority customer support

Benefits may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time at the Company’s sole discretion without prior notice.

Membership fees are charged for access to these benefits, regardless of usage.

Cancellation stops future billing only. Charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Order Changes & Returns

Before Shipment

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

6. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Products must be unopened and unused

  • Opened cans are not eligible for return

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • An $8 return processing fee applies

  • No restocking fee

  • No store credit is offered

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times vary by location

  • We carry responsibility for delays within our control

  • Lost packages will be reshipped at no additional cost

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Product Use & Safety

Boost Pouches are intended for responsible adult use only.

Recommended Use

Do not exceed 4 pouches per day.

Do Not Use If You Are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Sensitive to caffeine or stimulants

  • Prone to anxiety, heart conditions, or high blood pressure

  • Under medical treatment without physician approval

  • Under the age of majority

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition.

9. No Medical Claims

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All information provided is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Pouches Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Personal reactions or misuse of products

  • Delays or failures outside our reasonable control

Use of our products is at your own risk.

11. Charge Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Boost Pouches Inc. to charge your payment method for all purchases and applicable recurring fees.

You agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Boost Pouches Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
