SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days from the date your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
