30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@boostpouches.com.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue.

We’ll offer a full refund or replacement, free of charge, for damaged or incorrect items.

General Conditions for Returns

Unopened Items Only: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened edible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

Opened Products: If your product is opened and you’re not satisfied, please contact us. We’ll work to provide a solution, which may include a partial refund.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@boostpouches.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Processing Fee: A $7 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

Opened edible products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exclusive sale or promotional items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $7 processing fee.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
